Customer Engagement at the 4th Annual Blue Mountain Summit

That’s a wrap! We have officially concluded our 4th annual Blue Mountain Summit! This year was centered on “Getting the Most from RAM” and largely revolved around customer engagement. We really wanted to capitalize on our customers’ perspectives and personal experiences with RAM.


Customers had the ability to facilitate discussions with one another by sharing their unique ways of implementation and uses of RAM. Welcomed conversations frequently broke out during presentations and even after a day filled with events, it was heartwarming to see our customers stick around to talk with each other. They were able to collaborate and interact with other RAM users who were facing similar challenges as they were. This also provided a great networking opportunity.


Featured customer presenters included employees from Boston Scientific, Canadian Blood Services, Roche, Thermo Fisher, Allergan, Johnson Matthey, and Vention Medical. They covered topics such as learning key insights while working with RAM during the first few years, implementing the Best Practices Template, processing OOT investigations, implementing RAM at multiple sites, facilitating global development, growing with RAM, and gaining productivity while going paperless.


Our employees led many in-depth RAM workshops; covering topics such as reporting tips, database performance tuning, and real takeaways to help produce “RAM power users.” Our Director of Product Development also took everyone through our product roadmap and discussed the inside scoop on the future of RAM.


Our Summit could not have been a success without all of our customers’ and employees’ dedication and enthusiasm. We are already looking forward to The 2016 Blue Mountain Summit, which will take place on October 24-26th in State College, PA.
